Job Description:


- Lead the overall Business Development function for the company covering Domestic / Export Markets with major focus on USA and Europe

- Preferable to have work experience in Engineering Industry

- Lead a team of Key Account Managers, Motivate and develop Business Development Team

- Formulate and Implement strategies to position the company appropriately with all Key large Global customers and enhance market share

- Generate enquiries and win new business with existing / new Customers

- Identify potential large opportunities meeting the capabilities of the company in key segments such as EV , Aerospace and Electronics

- Negotiate with customers for new business pricing and ensure profit expectations are met

- Ensure recovery of cost increases incurred by the company

- Negotiate terms and conditions of sale with customers and protect company's interests

- Build close relationships with customers at all levels

- Work with operations, Engineering , Quality and Finance functions to ensure speedy response to customers

Functional Technical Skills:

- Technical Knowledge on sheet metal processes , Stamping Moulding , Tooling and Techno commercial acumen

- Meeting the Management objectives, sales and profitability

- New Business Development

- Monthly , quarterly , Annual Business Planning

Functional Behavioural Skills:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Strong Net working and Good connect with large global customers

- Good Negotiation and relationship skills

- Strategic Thinking and Problem solving

- Self Motivated

- Leadership skills commensurate with top management position

- Ability to thrive in challenging situations

- Interpersonal skills, capacity to relate all levels of management, both internal and external customers
