General Manager - Business Analyst/Techno-Functional - CDD

One Bank CDD alignment aims to move towards a consistent and aligned end state vision for CDD across the Bank.

- To be able to do this, we need to understand the gaps in the 'as is' model across the various segments pertaining to Policy & Procedures, Operating Model, Data and Platform.

- For Platform work stream, one of the key activities is a comparison of the data fields and functionalities between the CIC system eCDD+ and exSME system eCDD is required. In addition to the One Bank CDD alignment, the on-going remediation and business improvement initiatives will continue.

- To ensure that the deliverables for One Bank CDD alignment are met without compromising the deliverables of the other CDD related on-going initiatives, a dedicated Platform BA is required to look into the 'as is' model across segments, identify gaps and propose system and process design.

- Business analysis for strategic CDD platform for legal entities.

- The key focus areas for the BA are engineering fit-for-purpose systems solutions around CDD, FATCA and Director Database.

- This covers performing 'as is' model gap analysis, proposing strategic system and process designs.

- This also includes understanding and fine-tuning requirements, authoring the FSD, conduct pre-SIT testing, support UAT, provide implementation support & supporting PSS/user community on functional tickets/issues
