Role Summary:
The General Manager, Business Administration assists and works in close collaboration with the Head Office in USA to create a high-performance management team and ensure company robustness and growth. The General Manager, Business Administration is responsible for supervising Administration and Human Resources functions to manage the day-to-day operations of the Delhi office. The General Manager, Business Administration will also support the CEO with strategic planning, special projects and other areas as needed.
Key responsibilities:
- Financial & Accounting: Co-ordinate and make sure that all required reports and documents are submitted to authorities in a timely manner
- Management Report: Submit monthly Management Report to CEO
- Organization Culture & Development: Establish organization culture that strengthen the team and enhance productivity and creativity
- Co-ordinate with other offices (PDC) for alignment
- Workplace ownership: Make sure that the facilities and equipment are available and are in good shape to support productive and effective team activities and operation.
- Make sure that office and building rules & regulations are followed
- General Management: Supervise and support HR & Admin team to achieve their goals
- Support and execute the Delhi operations
- Establish good relationship with external parties such as university, technical community to find mutual benefit collaboration
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree with an MBA in Business administration
- At least 5 years of experience in similar position
- Excellence in organizational management with the ability to coach senior level staff to manage and develop high-performance teams
- Experience with budgeting and fiscal management and contract compliance
- Good decision making capability
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven hands on approach to general management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in English
