- P2P business experience
1. Alliance management:
a. Selection and evaluation of alliance partners for dossier out licensing activities.
b. Execution of commercial agreements with alliance partners.
c. Managing relationships & contractual obligations with Alliance Partners,
2. Portfolio Management & Forecasting P&L:
a. New Product Selection for USA and Canada territory. - IP evaluation, competitor landscape and commercial evaluation.
b. Proposing strategy to enter into new business segments for various dosage forms.
c. Monitoring of filed and under development Product Pipelines to forecast Product launch date and P&L.
d. Managing new product Launch activities
3. Budgeting & Sales:
a. Forecasting and budgeting for the commercial products
b. Monitoring and coordinating with SCM & Production for timely delivery of the commercial products.
4. Project Management:
a. Project initiation which includes product selection, earliest product launching opportunity, cost estimation of project, evaluate commercial feasibility of product & facilitating formal authorization to start new projects. Evaluate business needs and define clear description of project objectives, scope, deliverables, project cost, duration & resource forecast.
b. Project planning which includes identifying, defining and maturing project scope, project cost & scheduling the project activities by WBS.
