Job Overview :
An indicative list key roles and responsibilities of the successful candidate include :
- Responsible for creating, executing and leading strategy for end to end B2C sales activities, lead generation, hiring, managing organization structure and operational activities.
- Managing all sales forecasting activities and overall responsibility for attaining and exceeding performance goals.
- Experience in implementing new sales strategies based on services, products and technological solutions.
- Developing and managing a framework for evaluating new business opportunities.
- Mapping of potential customers and ensuring strong business case development by generating leads.
- Dynamic and innovative leader for being as an Individual contributor
- Identifying and assessing and the gaps in different offerings and current trends of the Edtech industry.
- Responsible for developing and leading P&L performance of assigned regions.
- Showcasing the growth results to Senior Management on weekly/monthly basis.
- Working with senior management team in contributing to overall business objectives.
Qualifications & Experience :
- B.tech/MBA with minimum 10-15 years of proven professional experience in B2C Sales.
- Strong leadership and project management skills for reviewing sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness.
- Should be excellent at team building and people management.
- Should be aggressive sales professional achieving sales quota
