- To be part of the creation of the overall B2B strategy and direction and to be responsible for the road map of the meeting the customer concept area
- To Lead and coordinate the conceptual development within the meeting the customer area by involving relevant contributors and take a full responsibility to improve the assigned concept area towards the overall
B2B goals and directions
- To lead the meeting the customer stream in the B2B project sales and be responsible for prioritizing development activities.
- To be responsible to create an easy, effective and smooth customer journey, by leading, coaching and supporting different stakeholders with expertise of B2B concept area
- To define and describe a framework for operating project sales within the area of meeting the customer
- To define and develop the improvement areas within the current B2B operations
- To define and maintain the conceptual documentation within the meeting the customer area, including a relevant KPI framework
- To contribute to the development of effective ways of working and guidelines
- To be responsible for the documentation of the area
- To ensure that the concept is effective, well known and applied in the line organizations
