Co Profile: Startup (3+ years old in India) : Providing End-To-End Device Management and Technology Platform (B2B/B2C) Location: Andheri East, Mumbai Reporting : COO Responsibilities : - Manage customer relationship &amp; increase width and depth of business with OEM, ODM, Telecom Service Providers, Retail Channel Partners and Key accounts - Develop new business opportunities in diverse service industry verticals - Execute key business projects working with internal team - Define processes and tightly manage execution timelines (e.g. product design and launch) - Work collaboratively with internal stake holders for proposition planning and to ensure timely delivery of projects as per the committed timelines - Key account management - Ensure there is healthy mutual beneficial relationship with identified key customers/partners - Previous Experience - 6+ years of experience - Engineering background preferred. - Hands-on, adaptive, nimble, eye for detail, high on accountability, maturity to deal with senior stakeholders. - Industry Preference : B2B Companies, Technology Product Companies
