a. Well versed with digital transformation in the outsourcing environment - including but not limited to trends, new implementations using AI, ML and NLP.

b. Should have delivered multi-discipline transformation projects - using a combination of process improvement and technology interventions (automation)

c. Experience of 'intelligent automation and innovation' powered by AI; as well as 'digitization' of repetitive processes - applied in the BPM environment

d. Pro-actively 'uncover' digitization opportunities within existing client portfolios

e. Create a business case for digital / transformation opportunities with justifiable ROI calculations

f. Create an effective 'go-to-market' approach as well as a customized transformation diagnosis for prospects / new bids while working in tandem with the BD team

g. Must possess the ability to do consultative diagnostics on client operations to determine LEAN / automation opportunities

h. Must be able to quantify the benefits / efficiencies expected from 'digitization' as well as create the roadmap for implementation

i. Engineering background with additional qualification / programs in AI and ML

j. Strong Data and Analytics command

k. Certified PMP and Master Black Belt
