- We are looking for a professional holding 20+ years experience in dealership operations with exposure to Aftersales & TBLA business in GCC.

- 5+ years in managing the overall Dealership operations with a minimum volume of 4000+ cars/year & team of 30+ people.

Business:

- Principal Sales Volume target

- P&L responsibility

- Allied Business verticals revenue generation

Brand Management:

- Monthly/Qtr. reviews with COO for feedback & support.

- Marketing & Branding visibility for the Company

- Principal interaction for increasing Market share

- Effective coordination with HQ to devise & implement new business strategies- Annual Budgets and Profitability

Financials:

- Annual Budgets and Profitability

- Cost control and efficient management of resources

Inventory Management:

- Efficient Inventory planning based on annual budgets.

- Order Forecasting with the right product mix

Customer Management:

- B2B & Key Customer account management

- Maintaining highest CSI index with honesty & integrity

Team Management:

- Develop the organizational structure and team while clearly outlining responsibilities & accountabilities for the team members.

- Effective coordination with HQ to devise & implement new business strategies
