SCOPE OF WORK :
We are looking to fill the position of General Manager / Associate Director - Transitions. This role will report to the company's SVP and Head of Solutions and Transitions. The individual will be a key member of the Solutions and Transition Leadership team, responsible for designing, developing, planning, and executing Transitions for all new projects.
JOBS-TO-BE-DONE (JTBDs) :
- Develop our transition playbook with the right methods, approaches, tools, controls and visualizations
- Demonstrate sound transition experience - understand transition frameworks, approach, methodologies, success criteria, win themes, etc.
- Preempt and access transition risk, design mitigants, implement controls to ensure 100% First Time Right for every transition
- Control, govern and run multiple complex transitions
- Focus on both self-learning as well as team learning and bring in best practices
- Lead by example, coach and mentor the team
- Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams - like HR, Finance, operations, sales, and client service teams
Candidate qualifications :
- 15 + years of BPM transition experience in RCM / Healthcare for US markets
- Exposure to market-leading practices in Transitions, with a track record of handling these functions successfully
- Strategic outlook - knowledge of the business and industry, point-of-view on products/services/trends/disruptions / service differentiators
- Collaboration Skills, interpersonal skills, influencing skills - ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Strong financial, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Self-starter who strives for excellence for themselves and their teams
- Attention to detail and appreciation for high-quality outcomes
- Academic : An MBA from a reputable business school will be preferred
