Job Description :
- Develop their transition play book with the right methods, approaches, tools, controls and visualizations
- Demonstrate sound transition experience - understand transition frameworks, approach, methodologies, success criteria, win themes etc.
- Preempt and access transition risk, design mitigants, implement controls to ensure 100% First Time Right for every transition
- Control, govern and run multiple complex transitions
- Focus on both self-learning as well as team learning and bring in best practices
- Lead by example, coach and mentor the team Work seamlessly with cross functional teams - like HR, Finance, operations, sales and client service teams
Candidate qualifications :
- 15 + years of BPM transition experience in RCM / Healthcare for US markets
- Exposure to market-leading practices in Transitions, with a track record of handling these functions successfully
- Strategic outlook : Knowledge of the business and industry, point-of-view on products / services / trends / disruptions / service differentiators
- Collaboration Skills, interpersonal skills, influencing skills
- Ability to work with cross functional teams
- Strong financial, problem solving and analytical skills
- Self-starter who strives for excellence for themselves and their teams
- Attention to detail and appreciation for high-quality outcomes
- Academic : An MBA from a reputable business school will be preferred
