GM / Associate Director (BD and Sales Platform)

- Responsible for the implementation of various business enablement platforms, making processes and reports while interacting with business leaders and members of the Project Management business across all markets within India.

Key Responsibilities :

Sales Platform :

- Collaborate/work with APAC & Global Teams on RFPs, proposals, and submissions

- Manage Salesforce or other similar CRM and BI platforms.

- Manage, overview and drive Pipeline & Secured Forecasts against the targets

- Prepare, publish, and provide commentary for standing Business Development reports and dashboards on time against daily, weekly, monthly, and annual deadlines.

- Champion business technology tools like SharePoint, Tableau, Power BI or other similar BI platforms

- Play a critical role in understanding business process and integrating these with existing technology platforms for the Project Management business.

Revenue & Finance :

- Drive existing invoicing to collection cycle

- Debtors tracking across the age buckets and closure

- Managing the payment allocations

- Use Finance Management tools and ensure teams adherence to the existing processes

- Business Development

Knowledge Share :

- Maintain Business Development Document Repository & Marketing Collaterals

- Overviewing timely updates and adherence to the Brand Guidelines

Process Management :

- Working with the Regional Business Development Team members on pitches and ensuring following of Business Development process

- Charing weekly, fortnightly, and monthly calls

New Initiatives :

- Undertake revenue generating initiatives with sector and industry focus

- Research topics for creating client centric surveys and reports

Collaboration :

- Communicate with Organisation Service lines for intra-department pitch effort and pitches

- National Team & Regional Business Development team coordination

Qualification And Experience :

i. MBA with 15+ Years of experience in analytics or similar role & preferably from Real Estate Sector is Preferred.

ii. Demonstrated Excel/Access or other database modeling capabilities.

iii. Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.

iv. Ability to articulate complex data and concepts both verbally and written in English.

v. Experience with Salesforce/SharePoint/Tableau/Visualizations or other CRM and business intelligence tools.

vi. Understanding of Six Sigma/Lean Methodologies.

vii. Continuously review business process to achieve greater institutionalization of business data.

viii. Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and best practices though continuous improvement and learning.

ix. Self-Motivator with the ability to work autonomously while managing tasks and deadlines appropriately.

x. Customer service oriented

xi. Enthusiastic/High initiative

xii. Ability to manage timelines

xiii. Very good attention to detail and ability to continuously follow-up
