GM/AVP - Business Development in BPM
a. Will be responsible for garnering new logos with special focus on new economy vertical / e-commerce / digital and technology enabled organizations / start-ups
b. Ideal candidates should have a strong background in BD (Sales) and Client Relationship Management
c. At least 6 years of BD experience in the BPM industry in a managerial / senior role (with a renowned service provider) is a pre-requisite; with an established track-record of new-logo wins
d. Should be able to create an aggressive, comprehensive solicitation and BD strategy aimed at new prospects
e. Should be able to conceptualize solutions based on prospect's requirements; including technology and digital interventions
f. Good knowledge and understanding of the BPM industry - including competitors and their USP's, clients and their business
g. Deep seated understanding of the new economy vertical and past experience of closing sizeable deals in this segment is a must
h. Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to collaborate with external as well as internal stake-holder's large prospects
i. Professional and effective business correspondence skills; as well as excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
j. Should be a graduate / post-graduate; and an MBA degree will be an added advantage
