- We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to join our team.

- The FP&A Analyst will be responsible for providing insightful financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to support strategic decision-making processes. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of financial principles.

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Analysis: Perform detailed financial analysis to evaluate business performance, identify trends, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development and management of annual budgets and periodic forecasts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

- Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports, including variance analysis, KPIs, and dashboards, to senior management and other stakeholders.

- Data Management: Maintain and update financial models, databases, and systems to ensure accuracy and reliability of financial data.

- Strategic Planning: Support strategic planning initiatives by providing financial insights and scenario analysis to guide decision-making processes.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments, including accounting, operations, and sales, to gather relevant data and ensure accurate financial reporting.

- Investment Evaluation: Assist in the evaluation of potential investments, mergers, and acquisitions.

- Continuous Improvement: Continuously improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA, CA or CFA is a plus.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in financial modelling, Excel, and financial analysis tools. Experience with SAP systems and BI tools is a plus.

Soft Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.

- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial analysis and reporting.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
