General Manager - Asset Management - BPO

About Client: Our client is a leading provider of information technology, consulting, and business process outsourcing services

Job Location: Hyderabad

Desired Experience Range: 14+ years

Role: GM-Asset Management

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Liaise with stakeholders departments (e.g. front office, accounting, data management, etc.)

- Identifying breaks and resolving them

- Reporting on the breaks, and trend analysis.

- Stakeholder management and follow up

- Coordinate with IT support teams in case of any IT related issues impacting BAU

- Contribute ideas to improve overall process and thereby improve efficiency

- Must have Exp in managing ops for Fund Accounting, Fund Administration, Corporate action, Asset Management

Candidate must have :

1. Excellent Communication Skills

2. Should have experience in Team Management

3. Valid passport and ok with travelling for short/long duration

4. Should be well versed with MS Office tools - particularly Excel. Macros will be a plus

5. Excellent Problem Solving /Analytical Skills

6. Attention to detail, good at follow up and keeping stakeholders informed

7. Flexibility with working in the night shift and on Indian holidays, if needed.

Competencies:

- Sound knowledge on all kinds of financial instruments.

- Prior experience in documenting business processes

- Familiarity with transitioning of process
