1. Should have spent considerable years in a reputed consulting environment; having interfaced with clients and front-ended delivery.
2. Additional qualification in product/industrial/interior design would be considered an advantage.
3. Candidate should have undertaken Interior design/execution projects in various real estate sectors such as residential, commercial [offices], retail, integrated townships etc., with hands-on information on design standards, industry standards, global trends and design benchmarks.
4. Candidate must have overarching knowledge of Architecture, Civil and MEP. This will enable a well-rounded approach to solving inter-disciplinary design issues.
5. Should have an established core expertise in LEED, Design Management & Design Quality Control.
6. Global exposure to diverse industries will be considered as an added advantage.
7. Good understanding of Project Management Practices/ Principles; Ability to operate consultancy contracts and manage sub-con deliveries.
8. The candidate must have experience to lead teams, drive innovation, manage design expectations, propel decision making and streamline deliveries.
9. Capable of harnessing creativity within timelines; in being able to channelize energies of the team/group to a common goal.
10. Good knowledge in interior materials, finishes, relevant vendors, natural materials, Etc. is integral.
