General Manager - Architectural Design - Real Estate

EXPERIENCE:

- 20+ years of experience in the execution of interior works with reputed real estate developers/architects/ Consultants/firms, of which the last 10 years should be in the capacity of Top Management Team / Head of

Department.

- Should have proven experience in heading architectural projects for high-end premium residential / commercial projects, retail stores, shopping malls, 5-star hotels, etc.

- Should have experience in the design and integration of architecture with services and interiors.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- To review and approve drawings/submittals by the various design consultants.

- Will be responsible for execution and monitoring of architectural work as per the drawings for all the projects.

- To lead and manage multi-functional teams and industry specialists.

- Coordination with international and local architects and consultants for MEP services & design layouts.

KEY SKILLS:

- Knowledge of the latest market trends in architectural design and technology is essential.

- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, Photoshop
