We are looking for a General Manager - Analytics with a Top Brand

Reports to: SVP - Subscriber Analytics
Responsibilities:
- The incumbent will work closely with cross-functional teams like Subscriber Marketing, Content, Product, IT, and Technology teams to identify & solve key business problems using analytics. Key responsibilities for this position are listed below:
- Responsible for Subscriber, content, and product analytics for video content app.
- Consulting and working closely with Marketing, Content, and Product teams to track, monitor, and report performance against KPIs and relevant marketing metrics
- Lead cross-functional projects using advanced data analysis techniques to identify insights that will improve customer experience and drive product growth
- Become well-versed in a variety of analytics tools and evangelize digital analytics to promote self-service, efficiency, and best practices within the company
- Conduct analyses after product or feature launches, with an eye for uncovering changes in customer behavior, any data quality issues or nuances
- Monitor and provide analytical guidance across the team for implementing and tracking process improvements and changes
- Create an analytical roadmap for projects and make recommendations to senior management on how to improve performance and maximize KPIs
- Ensure effective decision management through custom reports and dashboards on user behavior, content performance, product performance, and campaign ROI
The Person:
- Digital/Media/Web analytics experience within OTT, AdTech, social media, or eCommerce industry
- 12+ years in Data Analytics and Reporting
- Experience measuring, mining, and generating insights from digital customer engagement data within digital channels: website, search, display, social, and email;
- Strong understanding of statistics, statistical design of experiments, and advanced analytics & modeling approaches, including general familiarity with data warehouse mining/reporting and data manipulation tools (e.g., SQL, R, SAS);
- Experience with web analytics, attribution, and campaign management tools, like Google Analytics, Omniture, Mixpanel, Localytics, Appsflyer, Clevertap, adobe analytics, etc
- Experience in creating reports, dashboards, and stories in Tableau or similar platforms
- Excellent project management skills, with a focus on the on-time delivery of results
- Understanding Python and R will be added advantage
- Entrepreneurial attitude and willingness to accept ambiguous challenges
- Critical thinking and intellectual curiosity with a desire to continuously learn new skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to synthesize recommendations and insights into clear stories for both technical and non-technical audiences alike.
