Job Description :
- Lead the effort of conceptualizing, designing, managing & scaling data management & analytics processes at the enterprise level covering all internal & external stakeholders
- Responsibility for the development and execution of data warehousing, reporting automation, business intelligence and analytical modelling systems & processes
- Build processes & systems to manage & analyse data from multiple sources, across channels, including channel partners, social, mobile, customer, email and web to provide a more holistic view and actionable insights enabling better business decisions
- Build metrics & reporting systems and define a range of analytics methods to measure the efficacy of different organization functions
- Partner with internal technology team and 3rd Party Data / Analytics firms to deliver new SMART DATA solutions
- Develop strong business partnership with 3rd Party Service Providers to build and successfully deliver best in class, customer focused analytics infrastructure, processes and solutions
- Selecting, negotiating & strategic planning with 3rd party service providers to ensure processes are managed in the most efficient manner and at reasonable price, quality & service levels
- Drive complex, milestone driven projects to design/implement advanced processes & tools
- Build & lead a strong, high performing team providing coaching & mentorship
Skill Set :
Candidate will bring a strong Data Management, Business Intelligence and Analytics background along with experience of designing systems & processes in an eCommerce environment. The candidate should have held leadership positions in the industry and should have expertise and in depth knowledge of all core BI, data management & analytics areas and is at the forefront of changes in the field
Must Have :
- Strategic ability - In this highly visible and critical role, the candidate will need the strategic ability to develop and execute a vision for future
- Expertise in data management and BI tools as well as in variety of advanced analytic and research approaches, including price/promotion models, segmentation, forecasting, digital attribution, machine learning etc
