- Supporting HR for the business
- Organisation design and structure
- Staffing and talent management
- Develop programs to ensure high retention
- Ensuring L&D, succession plans etc are implemented
- Connect with employees to ensure issues are escalated in time for resolution
- Require a mature and experienced person with 15-20 years experience for the role. Lesser experience can be considered based on candidate profile and talent.
