Purpose : To assist the organization in the pursuit of being an achieving organization by managing, planning, coordinating and successful execution of Administration activities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for managing all administrative functions to ensure that all support activities are carried out in line with expectation.
- Direct, guide, assist, train and lead the team of Admin Officers.
Administration and Facility Management :
- Ensure operations run smoothly within departments such as information and data processing, mail, materials scheduling and distribution, printing and reproduction, records management, telecommunications management, security, recycling, wellness, and transportation services. Ensure availability of all required infrastructure and basic hygiene for employees and guests across India.
- Identifying resources, designing & tracking movement of material, Organizing corporate events and functions Internal & External
- Examine energy consumption patterns, technology usage, and personal property needs.
Vendor Management : including Selection, Scrutinize the Prospects, Organizing corporate events and functions Internal & External. Ensure contracts, insurance requirements, and government regulations and safety standards are followed properly.
Travel Management : Arranging Transport, booking of tickets & hotel in most cost efficient manner.
Security Management : identifying resources, designing & tracking movement of material, Maintenance of Fire Extinguisher and replacement of new fire Extinguisher if expire, / CCTV / Employee Access Cards/ Fire Drill /, Safety Posters, Meeting with Safety Committee Members in the regular Interval, Incident Report (if any), First Aid Kit Etc..
Housekeeping Management : Maintain regular inventory and checking of furniture, linen, uniform, equipments.
- Maintenance of all offices, Guest house, PGs, Training Centres situated at various locations by coordination with the team to get the same implemented in time.
- Oversee the preparation, analysis, negotiation, and review of contracts related to the purchase or sale of equipment, materials, supplies, products, or services
Salary range:10 - 15 LPA
