General Manager - Administration

BNC has been mandated to recruit a GM-Administration at Gurugram Location.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Administration and Liaisoning:

a. Manage all administrative functions, including coordination with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and local authorities.

b. Develop strong relationships with external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

c. Provide effective communication and liaison between the company and external entities (government agencies, vendors, contractors, etc.).

2. Housekeeping and Facility Management:

a. Oversee housekeeping services, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and a conducive working environment at all locations.

b. Ensure that all facilities are properly maintained and meet the needs of employees and clients.

c. Handle space planning, renovations, and office expansions in coordination with the team.

3. Setting up New Offices:

a. Lead the planning and execution of new office setups, ensuring all operational, infrastructural, and administrative requirements are met.

b. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and designers for timely completion of office setup projects.

4. Support for Maintenance of Centers PAN India:

a. Ensure the maintenance and operational efficiency of all company offices and centers across India.

b. Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) for maintenance, periodic reviews, and on-time delivery of maintenance services.

5. Maintenance of Company-Owned Vehicles:

a. Ensure proper servicing, repair, and management of company-owned vehicles.

b. Oversee the allocation and usage of vehicles for operational and executive use.

6. Vendor Management:

a. Identify and establish relationships with key vendors for housekeeping, facility management, procurement, security, and more.

b. Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely service delivery.

c. Monitor vendor performance and resolve any issues that arise.

7. Regulatory Compliance:

a. Ensure that all facilities comply with local, state, and central government regulations, including health, safety, and environmental requirements.

b. Maintain records and documentation for audits, licenses, and regulatory inspections.

8. Maintenance of Chairman's Residence:

a. Oversee the administration, upkeep, and management of the Chairman's residence.

b. Ensure proper staffing, security, and maintenance for the property.

9. Facility Management:

a. Supervise the overall facility management operations, including energy efficiency, safety measures, and space utilization.

b. Ensure preventive maintenance schedules for all critical infrastructure like HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.

10. Procurement and Vendor Management:

a. Manage procurement processes, including sourcing of materials, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely deliveries.

b. Oversee the procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services while ensuring quality and cost control.

11. Security:

a. Manage security personnel and systems to ensure the safety and protection of the company's employees, assets, and facilities.

b. Implement access control systems, CCTV surveillance, and security protocols at all locations.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. BA/BCOM/BSC/MBA with 15-25 years of experience in related field.

2. The Ideal candidate would be in the profile of a Heading the department dealing with large manpower.

3. Excellent interpersonal skills along with team building skills would also be expected in the desired candidate.

4. Good communication skills
