General Manager - Accounts - Manufacturing Plant

Job Description :

- Planning, creation and management of plant layout, Plant infrastructure (including Land and Building), Machinery line's selection with its- output balancing and then its- logistics & procurement and installation.

- He should have hands-on experience in making project reports, financial planning, and budgets with efficiency of time, quality, and cost of assigned manufacturing projects.

- He will be required to plan and coordinate all aspects of the process, including hiring entire team to run the plant, selection of contractors and working with mechanical & civil engineers, and vendors.

Other Expectations :

1. Lead and manage complex and high priority projects from initiation to final roll-out.

2. Effectively communicate the plan to the team and get a buy-in before starting the development work.

3. Interface with the various internal teams as needed to analyse the requirements, assess the technical feasibility.

4. Creating and maintaining a standard checklist to replicate the projects in India and ultimately in other parts of the world.

5. Getting quotes for different types of machinery from multiple vendors to get the best quality at best price and timeline.

6. Ensuring best terms and conditions of vendor management to achieve project delivery on stipulated time.

7. Prepares and presents the progress report to the management team.
