Education Qualification : CA mandatory.

- Responsible for all group companies financial, statutory filings & compliances.

- Responsible for all group companies Direct & In-Direct taxations (Income tax, GST etc.).

- Plan & execute short- & long-term financial strategies.

- Bank liaison - fund arrangements, investments & monitoring of all financial resources for its optimum utilization for working capital & capex.

- Ownership of accuracy & timely availability of all MIS by leveraging all internal & external F&A resources.

- ROC matters of all group companies.

- Managing all Import & Export related financial matters.

- Create & Manage CSR funds.
