Designation : General Manager - Accounts & Finance

Location : Mumbai

Exp : 5 - 10 years in hospitality Industry

Work Experience : Should preferable be from TOP 5 star hotels in the country

Compensation (CTC) : Rs. 10 L - Rs.15 L

Job Profile :

Finance:

- Statutory and Regulatory Compliance

- Business Planning

- Finalization of Accounts

- Accounts Reconciliation

- Taxation / Auditing

- MIS, Budgeting and Variance Analysis

- Accounting ERP Package implementation SAP / Oracle

Accounting Functions :

- Preparation of Quarterly Financial Statements in revised Schedule VI format in compliance with Indian GAAP.

- Monthly closing of books and accurate monthly provision of expenses.

- Vendor Accounting, Vendor Payment and Vendor reconciliation.

- Monthly closing of books and accurate monthly provision of expenses.

Auditing & Taxation :

- Liaison with Statutory, Tax, Cost and Internal Auditor

- Preparation of complete reports for Tax Audit.

- Ensure Statutory Compliance in respect of timely payment and filling of VAT, TDS, PF and ST returns.

MIS & Budgeting :

- Preparation of Monthly MIS

- Preparation of Yearly Budget

- Preparation Monthly Rolling Plan

- Support for CEOs reviews

Desired Profile :

- C.A./ ICWA/ MBA - Finance preferred

- Good understanding of specific HOTEL Industry .

- Excellent communication skills - written & oral, Skills,
