The incumbent should be from Listed Company only.

Accounts :

- Finalization of Annual Accounts of Public Company as par the Companies Act- 2013

- Limited Review of Accounts as per listing agreement requirement

- Accounts manual for accurate & timely accounting of transactions

Finance :

- Detailed Project Report - Preparation & Finalization

- Functioning as catalyst to convert proposal into sanction from Bank/Financial Institution

- Analyzing the terms of sanction to get further improvement by representation

- Legal Documentation with Bank/Financial Institution to comply terms of sanction

- Liaison with Banks/Financial Institution, Credit Rating Agencies,

- Review & renewal of Working Capital facilities

Commercial :

- Audit, Budget & MIS

- Handled Statutory & Internal Audit

- System improvement to cater large level operation

- Budget Finalization & obtaining approval from Management

- Adherence of Budget & analysis of variance with control measures

- Monthly MIS to the Management

Taxation & Legal :

- Involvement in Direct Tax Planning,GST and Tax Audit

- Compliance under the Companies Act- 2013 & Rules framed thereunder

- Maintenance of Registers and Records under the Companies Act 2013

- Filing of returns & other documents on MCA site
