Job Summary:

- We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Account Sales Manager to drive strategic growth initiatives, build long-lasting client relationships, and spearhead new market opportunities.


- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving ambitious revenue goals, leading high-performance teams, and fostering partnerships that deliver mutual value.

Mandatory:


- Candidate's current experience should be from Account Farming / Account Mining.


- He must have experience handling topline, Bottomline & P/L. He should be a client facing person.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies aligned with the organization's growth objectives.

- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.

Revenue Growth:

- Drive sales initiatives to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored solutions that address client needs.

Client Relationship Management:

- Build and nurture relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure long-term partnerships.

- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Team Leadership:

- Lead, mentor, and inspire the business development team to deliver results.

- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.

Market Intelligence:

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.

- Provide insights and recommendations to leadership for strategic decision-making.

Proposal Development :

- Oversee the preparation and submission of RFPs, RFQs, and proposals.

- Ensure proposals are competitive, comprehensive, and aligned with client expectations.
