General Manager - Account & Finance - Telecom

We are hiring for of the esteem clients in to Telecom Industry. They are actively looking for the position of general Manager Account and Finance.

JOB TITLE: General Manager - Accounts and Finance.

DEPARTMENT Accounts and Finance.

REPORTING TO: CFO.

JOBS REPORTING INTO: AGM/DGM/senior manager/manager.

LOCATION: Delhi.

EXPERIENCE: Min 15 years.

QUALIFICATION: Certified CA/CPA along with CS.(Any Degree in law is an added advantage)

SALARY:-No Bar for right candidate.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:-

- Advise the CMD/CFO and other key members of senior management on financial planning budgeting, cash flow, investment priorities and policy matters.

- Upgrade and implement an appropriate system of policies, internal controls, accounting standards and procedures.

- Experience of handling end to end mergers & acquisitions.

- Plan,coordinate and execute the annual budget process.

- Ensure that the company Nonprofit is adhering to the strategic plan, delivering status reports to the board.

- Ensure that financial information is accurately developed, analyzed and reported to the management.

- Ensure that strategic and financial goals are competently developed/projected and achieved.

- Ensure forecasts, project budgets and division budgets are prepared timely and accurately.

- Manage motivate and develop financial and administrative staff.

- Ensure that all corporate and operational reports are submitted accurately and timely.

- Assist in the MIS issues and concern.

- Support all their functional areas by providing financial assistance when needed.

- Responsible for accuracy of financial reports for assigned entities and subsidiaries.

- Represent the organization externally, as necessary, particularly in banking and lease negotiations.

- Oversee,direct and organize the work of the finance and operations teams.

- Coordinating, preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly and annual reports.

- Coordinating or preparing tax schedules, returns and informations.

- Managing relationship between insurance providers and ensuring compliance.

- Managing all tax planning and compliance with all required federal, state,local,payroll, property and other applicable taxes.

- Managing cash flow, Balance sheet finalization and various compliance.

- Experience of ERP implementation.
