GM HR L+D 12-15 years exp
Role is to be responsible for leading the global learning function of the organization which involves the following :
- Drive the global learning agenda for the organization across all levels and roll out various interventions
- Design and drive the managerial and leadership development roadmap for the organization
- Drive the implementation of new Learning Management System (LMS)
- Establish a culture of learning
- Team management
- Post Graduate in Human Resources
- Certification on psychometric and talent assessment tools
- Certification in coaching is an added advantage Experience
- 12 - 15 years, of which at least 3 years managing a learning function / team Knowledge and Skills (Functional / Technical)
- Experience in setting up learning team / function
- Understanding of how to institutionalize geographically spread large scale learning solutions
- Experience in instructional design
- Experience in designing leadership development solutions
- Training facilitation experience with mid-senior level employees
- Certified on relevant psychometric tools
- Vendor management and ability to evaluate training content / programs
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- MBA HR from Tier I/ II Institutes with a flair for above role
- Pleasing personality, assertive with good inter-personal skills and hands on approach.
