- The responsibilities can be wider in scope based on how much the candidate can bite n chew and still remains excited for more; yet shall broadly be as under:
- Evolve and implement digital communication strategies which cut way through the multi layered audience consisting of healthcare practitioners, enablers, distributors and other stakeholders, in a planned and timeline based manner.
- Plan and implement a monthly digital marketing calendar for online/offline campaigns through liasioning with designers and scientific team.
- Contribute to development of creative assets and implement the weekly promotional initiatives.
- Content development for social media posts (Facebook, LinkedIn). Also analyze the website performance through platforms like Google Analytics / others.
- Conduct web activities to compliment the promotional events like - scientific seminars, CMEs; organize training programs for franchises, sales team.
- Analytics to measure communication effectiveness, build quantified insights based on sales data, consumer behavior, franchise performance and other performance dashboards. Implement initiatives for SEO improvement.
- Get the GD's huge network of franchise partners on google.
- Work on customer retention journey using digital marketing tools to trigger personalized push notification
