General Counsel and Secretary to the Board of Directors.

Location – Singapore

Our client is a leading Europeon MNC and we are looking for a professional with Legal expertise in the space of Litigation, Mergers and acquisitions and Secretarial.

Background : To ensure that legal support is given in the broadest sense to the company and to all of its affiliates and to manage the Legal Department. Give service to the business needs by implementing appropriate legal solutions and by providing legal advice to support the overall strategy and business objectives. The legal services must ensure compliance with laws and regulations and be of high quality, timely given, pro-active and cost effective.

General Counsel : The General Counsel works independently and on a self-supportive basis. This includes hands-on responsibility of high-end legal work such as strategic cooperation agreements (with professional counterparties and their specialized inside and outside counsel), divestments and M&A projects. The General Counsel oversees the overall legal services on a regular basis and coordinates the legal services for the group of companies.

Education: - Masters Degree in law and a Secretarial degree, with 13 + years of experience.
