Business Partner:
- Experience of effectively structuring & implementing legal strategy, to address complex commercial transactions, litigation and regulations.

- Effectively manage corporate litigation and protecting Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs) of the company along with renewal and maintenance of international Patents, Trademarks & Copyrights

- Leading the Companies readiness in the Pre- and Post-IPO phase, in laying down the best corporate governance and compliance practices
- Develop Clear view with legal acumen to make decisions and render legal advice on IPO and Fund Raise process in coordination with BRLMs, Legal Counsels, RTA, SEs, Depositories, Auditors, & other Stakeholders
- Proven abilities of enabling a Company for its maiden IPO and leading the Corporate Secretarial, Compliance, Legal & Regulatory Functions ensuring the best Compliance and Governance standards for top listed companies
