Currently hiring General Counsel for one our reputed clients for Bangalore.

Looking for someone who has experience in Manufacturing business.

Position : General Counsel

Reporting to - Managing Director

Brief of the JD:

- Provide expert legal advice to senior level management, board members and any employee who acts on behalf of an organization.

- Compliance report to the Board.

- Develop an in-depth understanding of how legal issues affect the Company.

- Well-versed knowledge in various laws including corporate laws, labour laws, etc.

- High degree of professional ethics, excellent judgement along with analytical, interpersonal, listening, oral and written communication skills.

- Set internal corporate governance policies and manage the impact of external factors such as contractual matters, litigation, property transactions, taxation policies and regulatory matters.
