We're Hiring: General Commercial Lawyer.

Location: Mumbai.

Salary Upto 20 LPA.

Are you an experienced commercial lawyer with expertise in corporate transactions, financial contracts, and regulatory compliance? Do you have a strong background in contract law, banking regulations, and risk management? If so, we want you on our team!.

About the Role:

- As a General Commercial Lawyer, you will provide legal guidance on corporate transactions, commercial contracts, financial regulations, and dispute resolution for banks, NBFCs, and fintech companies.

- You will play a key role in managing contracts, regulatory approvals, M&A transactions, and financial litigation.

What You'll Do?

- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements (vendor, outsourcing, SLAs, loan & credit facility agreements, fintech partnerships).

- Advise on regulatory approvals, licensing, and compliance with financial regulations.

- Manage contractual risk, indemnities, and liability issues in banking transactions.

- Represent the organization before regulatory bodies, arbitration tribunals, and courts.

- Handle M&A transactions, corporate restructuring, and due diligence for financial institutions.

- Support in board advisory matters, shareholder agreements, and joint venture structuring.

- Manage disputes, regulatory investigations, and financial litigation.

What We're Looking For?

- 5+ years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal team of a bank, NBFC, or fintech company.

- Expertise in contract law, corporate transactions, financial regulations, and risk management.

- Strong drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience working with regulatory bodies and financial institutions.

- Law degree (LLB) from a recognized university; LLM in Corporate/Commercial Law is a plus.

- Ability to interpret and apply Indian financial laws and international best practices.
