Job description:
1. Handle end to end Recruitment Process effectively, along with maintaining co-ordination with Vendors for smooth closures.
2. Coordinate the Induction and Orientation programs for the new joiners.
3. New joiners asset and inventory Coordination.
4. Complete handholding of recruit from interview to final handover to the respective department.
5. Co-ordination for DPM, IT , ESS, and Beehive training required for new joiners.
6. Co-ordinate Training & Development activities with tracker.
7. Follow up for pre /post training assessment and feedback /analysis.
8. Responsible personal files for employees and same to be updated in DPM.
9. Weekly/ monthly MIS for all the activities in the prescribed formats.
10. Implementation & execution of GPTW Survey.
11. PMS implementation & execution in Beehive module.
12. Monthly expenses reimbursement tracker updating.
13. Checker of MIT and payroll inputs.
14. Handling exit formalities and Full & final settlement.
15. Preparation of different letters such as Offer letter, Appointment letter, Relieving letter, Experience letter ,Clause change letters as per requirement of the organization.
16. Preparation of Newsletter, co-ordination with respective entities for articles.
17. Co-ordinate employee engagement activities.
Job Specification:
1. To maintain utmost confidentiality.
2. Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems Beehive and Applicant Tracking Systems.
3. Experience with full cycle of recruiting.
