Gencosys - Manager - Marketing

Gencosys Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute innovative marketing strategies. This role involves overseeing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and managing the marketing team to drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have expertise in digital marketing, campaign management, and data-driven decision-making, preferably with experience in the medical field (such as Medical Representatives).

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

- Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital and traditional media.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and business opportunities.

- Manage and oversee SEO, SEM, and social media marketing strategies to improve online presence.

- Lead the marketing team, set goals, and ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives.

- Coordinate with the sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

- Analyze marketing data and performance metrics, providing actionable insights for optimization.

- Oversee branding, content marketing, and corporate communications to ensure consistency.

- Manage relationships with vendors, agencies, and stakeholders to execute marketing campaigns effectively.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience in marketing strategy, campaign management, and market analysis.

- Strong expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

- Ability to analyze data and generate reports to optimize marketing efforts.

- Bachelor's/Maste's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Experience in the technology industry is a plus.

- Preferred: Experience in the medical field (such as Medical Representatives).

Certifications in marketing or related fields are advantageous.
