Par excellence with their knowledge on emerging technology, business trends, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement
KRA:
- Work closely with founder, doctors, sales, and operations team to grow the portfolio, drive revenue and maintain portfolio health.
- Periodically review pricing, portfolio, sales and marketing performance
- Break down revenue goals to actionable targets across sales and marketing units
- Build, train and lead Sales teams, doctors and track center's sales performance.
- Devise a comprehensive SOPs and growth plan for all sides of the business, and continuously work to ensure it is implemented.
- Supervise overall PR, Events, and other communications strategies.
- Must initiate and execute strategic collaborations, vendor onboarding and vendor management.
- Must ensure proper compliance & adherence to policy.
- Conducting Regular audits for accounts, housekeeping, inventory, etc along with other quality checks.
- Developing, reviewing and reporting MIS
- Maintain turnaround time (TAT) after the review meetings
- Participate in the recruitment process to identify the right talent for various positions within the business
- Identify training needs provide skill-based training to enhance the capabilities of the team.
