Position Summary

Gemini is seeking experienced management professional to plan, manage, track and implement strategic projects using best practices. Selected candidate will provide leadership to drive continuous improvements in IT project management related operations. As a functional expert, he/she will understand the clients' business and appreciate their requirement/business need. He/she will be expected to suggest some customizing and meet the basic business need.

Qualifications/Requirements

- Qualified candidates must possess a four-year college degree with a preferred major in Computer Science and management degree.

- Should have know-how of multiple technologies and should be flexible to understand more. Should have expertise in Advanced Excel, MS Project

- Strong understanding of statistics, time series analysis, anomaly detection, predictive analytics

- Must have strong analytical and problem solving, interpersonal and client handling skills. Detail oriented. Flexible to new situations, technologies and challenges.

- Experienced in gathering the requirements from the client and preparing the scope documents after discussing with the project teams on the feasibility of the scope.

- Preparing the project plan based on the time lines and the allocated budget.

- Planning and assigning tasks to the project team based on the priority and availability of the resource (Work prioritization and coordination)

- Scheduling and running weekly meeting and understanding the status of the project and updating the same to the top management by weekly status reports.

- Acting as single point of contact to the client and the project team within the company Ensuring change management process is followed

- Ensuring project documentation is recorded for future reference

- Preferred knowledge in the financial domain (Fixed income derivatives, regulatory reporting)
