(GEF India), headquartered in Hyderabad, is a leading manufacturer and marketer of edible oils and fats.

With three port-based manufacturing facilities in Andhra Pradesh, GEF India is a subsidiary of Golden Agri-Resources (GAR), a globally renowned agribusiness specializing in palm oil.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the assigned revenue targets.

- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to ensure effective execution of sales plans.

- Identify and build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other channel partners.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities.

- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance to the sales team for improvement.

- Plan and execute promotional activities to boost brand visibility and sales.

- Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company credit policies.

- Coordinate with internal teams for inventory management and product availability.

- Conduct training sessions for the sales team to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.

Key Result Areas (KRA):

- Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Growth in market share within the assigned territory.

- Onboarding and retention of distributors and channel partners.

- Reduction in outstanding payments and timely collections.

- Successful execution of promotional campaigns.

- Increased customer satisfaction and repeat business.

- Team performance improvement and skill enhancement.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's / MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Minimum of 4 years of sales experience, preferably in the edible oils or food industry.

- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
