Job Description :

- We're looking for a Vice President (VP) of Products who will play a pivotal role in the future of our company. Our VP of Product will oversee the Product Management for the entire Organization and will be key to ensure that all the Products that the Organization creates are of high quality and in-line with the Organization's vision.

- He/ She will be collaborating with different departments like Business, Marketing, Engineering, Sales and Support to ensure the total alignment of all stakeholders.

- Lead, manage and mentor a team of Product Managers, UX designers, developers, and other related roles.

- Product lifecycle management from concept to launch of the product(s) across all products/product lines.

- Lead, define, represent and communicate product strategy to all stakeholders.

- Assess product development sprints and enhancement opportunities.

- Develop budgets, forecasts, and metrics.

- Monitor product development sprints and evaluate results.

- Own the product roadmap and communicate with C-level staff and other stakeholders.

- Define competitive positioning for each product.

- Drive innovative ideas, solutions, and products through leadership and decisive action.

- Build incredible teams and processes to deliver products that satisfy the needs of customers.

Skills and Qualifications :

- 6-8 years of experience in the field of Product Management .

- At least 2 years of leadership experience in managing multiple products and teams.

- Strong analytical, strategic and coordinating skills.

- Strong knowledge and understanding of business and technology.

- Qualification in a relevant Technical field and preferably an MBA.

- Great people skills paired with a high level of assertiveness.

- A Product Management Certification will be preferable.
