While the rest of the world is still struggling with building dark stores and kitchens, we've found our opportunity in under-utilised restaurant kitchens. Keeping up with speed and technology we're helping these restaurant partners in turning their kitchens into profitable hubs by licensing them our virtual brand franchises.

Geezy Foods provide complete service ranging from tech stacks, marketing, recipe guides to operational support along with freebies for the customers. All that the restaurant has to do is to focus on food and brace up for the incoming order volumes. We are now embarking on the Asian market, and here we come to the land of flavours - India!

As a global company, we are growing around 200% MoM, and have a presence in Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the USA, and shortly will embark on the Asian market. We have different arms of our business including Geezy Exchange - our activation channels for sampling, Geezy Foods - our virtual kitchens enterprise, and Geezy GO - our rapid home-delivery grocery service.

Geezy's founding team is made up of hustlers who've got extensive experience in strategy, hospitality, venture capital, logistics, retail & FMCG. We are scaling rapidly, and are looking for energetic, ambitious, and hardworking individuals to join our startup journey. We currently have an opening in our fast-paced team for a Content Writer who will enrich our brands with engaging posts, articles, guides, and actionable marketing copy.

Our successful candidate will be working closely with our Head of Marketing and Design team.

Experience - 5 years

Core Responsibilities -

- Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics.

- Generate ideas for new content composition.

- Write engaging content and ensure that it adheres to SEO standards.

- Create content pieces that appeal to our audiences, attract customers and boost our brand awareness.

- Produce content marketing campaigns to drive leads and subscribers.

- Utilize SEO best practices to generate traffic to our website.

- Develop different content types, including email, social media posts, blogs, and white papers on a regular basis.

- Oversee our website, promote our blog and pitch articles to third-party platforms effectively.

- Work together with different departments to create innovative content ideas.

- Prepare well-organized drafts utilizing Content Management Systems

- Assure all-around consistency for textual styles, pictures, fonts and tones in the content.

- Research industry-related topics by combining web sources, interviews and studies.

Skills & Requirements:

- Experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress, Weebly, Joomla, etc).

- Excellent understanding of digital marketing strategies including SEO, email marketing and web analytics.

- Outstanding writing and editing skills in English for a B2B as well as B2C audience for the Indian and Global markets.

- Ability to handle tight deadlines.

- Excellent interpersonal skills.

- Strong communication skills.

- Ability to work independently.

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing or related field.

- Proven 5+ years of work experience as a Content Writer or Copywriter.
