We are looking for a resilient, empathic Business Development Representative to join our company. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business by identifying, qualifying, and developing leads and opportunities. You will be a crucial link between our sales and marketing teams, ensuring a steady flow of potential clients and nurturing them through the sales process.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential leads through various channels, including online research, networking, and industry events.
- End to end responsible for initiation to closure of Deal.
- Communication and follow-up with leads via email, phone, virtual, F2F meetings.
- Requirement collection and analysis.
- Project pitch and estimations.
- Formal proposal preparation
- RFP / RFQ preparation.
- Negotiation and agreement of estimate.:
- Develop and maintain relationships with leads
- Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions and activities in CRM system
- Work closely with various internal teams to ensure clients utmost satisfaction.
- Should be comfortable to work in the UK timezone.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/ Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred. Tech background B.Tech/ BE would be an added advantage.
- 2+ years of experience in a business development or sales role, with a proven track record of lead generation and conversion.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce, Hubspot, excel, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with IT consulting and software services is a plus.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and self-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
