Designation : Assistant Manager
Job Location : Airoli, Navi Mumbai Office Time : 11am to 8pm - Work from officeReporting to : Controllership
Education : Chartered Accountant is a must
Area of Activity:- Monthly, Quarterly & Annual preparation of Financials as per Ind As & USGAAP
- Engaging with Statutory Auditors, internal auditors and internal teams to ensure timely and qualitative completion of audits.
- Monthly reporting of MIS Financials along with the qualitative variance analysis to be released to the Management. This includes implementing key accounting policies, involvement and implementation of M&A accounting, ESOP valuation, integration activities.
- Preparation of the balance sheet risks and opportunities, commercial terms of purchase requisition raised by various departments for India Entity
- Preparing/Reviewing internal policies and controls, ERP implementation/integration/issue resolution
- Assisting in filings to ROC
- Preparing ad hoc presentations and management notes for controllership & Strategic activities
Interpersonal skills:1. Good communication skills (fluent English writing/speaking)
2. Good with MS office tools - Excel, PPT, word
3. Team player
Other skills :1. Sound knowledge of India Accounting Standards , IFRS and India tax laws
