Job Description Summary:

Customer facing staff responsible for winning business. Operates with some autonomy but are typically subject to standard sales practices and procedures. The role is subject to regular review of sales results. Some judgment may be required but this is typically with guidance. May be responsible for medium-sized sales territories.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to plan, implement, and monitor public health projects with a focus on CSR initiatives

- Conduct assessments and identify health needs and gaps in the defined regions

- Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines, ensuring adherence to project objectives and deliverables

- Coordinate with partner organizations, government agencies, and local field team to facilitate project implementation

- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare regular reports on project outcomes and impact

- Conduct research and stay updated on the latest public health trends, best practices, and innovations

- Organize and facilitate health awareness programs, workshops, and training sessions in collaboration with stakeholders

- Assist in conducting surveys and data collection activities to evaluate project effectiveness and impact

- Engage with local stakeholders, including NGOs, community-based organizations, and government bodies, to foster partnerships and collaboration.

- Assist in the coordination of CSR-related events

- Assist in preparing project proposals, concept notes, and reports for internal and external stakeholders within a geographic area responsible for selling product(s), services, parts, solutions, or projects

- Stay informed about local health regulations, reporting requirements, and compliance standards

- Developing in-depth knowledge of sales territory, product lines, markets, sales processes or customer groups. Uses prior experience and acquired commercial expertise to execute policy/strategy

- In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area

- Most decisions are within a defined framework, but some autonomy in the final decisions for a project, product line, market, sales process or customers. Uses prior experience and on-the-job training to solve straightforward tasks. Has access to technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems. May use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions

- A job at this level is likely to be an individual contributor, with proven interpersonal skills. Communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered. Provides informal guidance to new team members. Explains complex information to others in straightforward situations

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in social work , public Health, community Development, or a related field

- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in public health or CSR-related projects

- Strong understanding of public health principles, practices, and standards

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Experience in project planning, implementation, and monitoring, including budget management and reporting

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent interpersonal skills

- Familiarity with CSR concepts, sustainable development goals, and corporate sustainability practices is an advantage

- Experience working with NGOs, government agencies, and community-based organizations is a plus

- Willingness to travel, as required
