Job Description Summary :
The Market Development Lead will play a crucial role in shaping the healthcare access in India by driving engagement with CSR divisions of public/ private entities and philanthropic organizations, enhancing the company's access to unserved customer segments, building stakeholder trust, and ultimately creating a meaningful social impact. Guided by commercial practices and policies that may be shaped by the role. Has significant control/influence over commercial priorities. There is moderate autonomy within the role to enter into/execute Commercial arrangements. High levels of Commercial judgement are required to achieve outcomes required.

Roles and Responsibilities :
- Market Development Lead will be responsible for developing, planning, and executing initiatives in line with the company's healthcare market access development efforts
- You will also work closely with various departments to drive and manage activities that will contribute towards building a sustainable business division
- Developing and executing deals with CSR donor programs, as well as conducting periodic program reviews to assess outcomes and effectiveness
- Acting as the focal point for the Company's healthcare access initiatives in India and building relationships with community partners and key stakeholders
- Staying abreast of relevant research and trends in the areas of focus and promoting best practices
- Working with marketing and PR teams to drive internal and external engagement
- Driving budget & monitoring spending to deliver results in line with planned objectives with ethics and integrity as foundation
- Lead a team to deliver the annual targets with respect to orders and revenue
- Developing specialized knowledge of latest commercial developments in own area and communication skills to influence others
- Contributes towards strategy and policy development, and ensure delivery within area of responsibility
- Has in-depth knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; has working knowledge of competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market
- Uses judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems within projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, campaigns or customers. Takes new perspective on existing solutions. Uses technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own function to arrive at decisions
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements. Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus. Developing persuasion skills required to influence others on topics within field
Required Qualifications :
- You have a degree in Public Health, Marketing, Business Development or a related field
- 10+ years of prior experience within a similar role
- You have knowledge of the rules and regulations governing charities, donations etc and best practices for CSR will be an advantage
- You have strong expertise in managing relationships, networks, and teams that include a diverse group of people representative of the public and private sectors, community-based organizations, nonprofits, and civic leaders, as well as program beneficiaries
- You have proven effectiveness in driving complex multi-stakeholder planning processes and cross-team projects to desired results
- You have excellent communication skills and the ability to distill complex information into simple messages and concise communication materials tailored for the audience

- Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
- Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
- Established project management skills. You can seek out, understand and incorporate feedback from multiple stakeholders
