Roles and Responsibilities:
- Developing, analysing, and updating the company's salary budget
- Developing, analyzing and updating the company's payroll
- Maintain payroll and benefits program
- Maintaining and revising the company's handbook on policies and procedures
- Maintaining Statutory records and reports for inspection
- Maintaining company directory and other organizational charts.
- Recommending new policies, approaches, and procedures.
- Conducting training programs
- To maintain cordial Relationship with stake holders
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Ensure legal compliance, conducting annual salary surveys
- Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions and helping resolve work-related problems
- Lead HR Automation initiatives and building HR tools to enhance process efficiencies
- Managing smooth Exit process in terms of completion of the full and final settlements for employees
- Conducting Terminations/Exit Processes document findings and cycle it back for process betterment and thus help in maximizing retention
Requisite Qualifications & Experience :
- 8-12 years of experience, in the handling HR gamut, preferably from a research firm.
- Good in MIS and proficient in the use of MS Excel, Powerpoint and Word
- Post Graduate /MBA degree in Human Resources
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English
- Excellent at oral communication
- Good attention to detail, people oriented and results driven
