Responsibilities - Develop and execute new product development projects aimed at capturing whitespace markets or increasing our competiveness in existing markets - Work with stakeholders from multiple departments to establish a design, technology, and product development strategy, and take products from concept to implementation - Ensure that project milestones/goals are met - Ensure that labeling and marketing/promotional literature match product specifications - Evaluate and resolve technical feasibility, design optimisation, and production issues - Stay on top of market trends, product positioning, successes and competition and recommend appropriate actions for product enhancement - Research and monitor client base and industry developments to identify potential new product opportunities - Develop regular reports on product performance and future product expansions for discussion with the senior management Skills Required - Passion for solving problems, technology, and developing products - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Exceptional project management and problem solving skills - Ability to collaborate and think strategically - MBA, preferably from tier-1 institute - Experience requirement varies by role; at least 2 years of research and product development experience for the analyst role.
