Role & Responsibilities :
- Approaching and selling to Large Enterprises
- Developing client pipeline in various sectors as per the service portfolio of the company
- Following established sales procedure both internal (report making etc.) and external (contract signing)
- Willing to travel across PAN India
- Should have customer focus and result oriented approach.
- Identify the decision makers and make presentations to company directors or senior management
- Targeting traditional & new sales channels
- Single handedly represent the company and the brand in all potential interactions in the region
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Industry sales experience between 2 to 4 years.
- Refined communication skills with a strong business sense
- Excellent oral communication skill with an ability to impress, influence and convince potential clientele
- Proven experience in Consulting/client services sales preferred
- Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining relationships at all levels
- Collaborative peer management style, Ability to work independently as well as a good team player
- Professional leadership skills be open minded, diplomatic, have a participative management style: hands on approach to the work, project oriented
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong direct customer engagement higher designation/level engagement in areas of business development etc.
- Strong performance track record
- High standards of personal and professional integrity
Salary Range: 5-9 LPA
