Manager GBT

Overall Job Purpose

Resource will be responsible to manage Six-sigma, Lean & Transformation projects across sites.

Key Accountabilities

- Help identify key Improvement areas across sites

- Lead change management initiatives

- Manage large cross functional teams

- Deliver against agreed goals & project timelines

- Drive quality DNA by co-coordinating PI training program

- Mentor WB/ GB projects

- Development through training & mentoring.

- Ability to drive change thru cross functional teams, with tenacity

- Deliver on the project goals within agreed timelines.

- Ensure all project solutions are in accordance with local govt laws.

- Ensure adherence to project tollgates

Technical Skills/Competencies

- Cross functional team management

- Strong communication equipped with excellent power point & excel skills

- Cross functional team management

- Logical thinking & understanding of processes

- Knowledge of Lean/ Six Sigma methodologies

- Experience in running Lean/ Sigma projects in previous role

- Should have experience in handling Lean/ Six Sigma projects.

- Black Belt Trained & Tested

Education and Experience

- 6-8 years of relevant experience

- Graduate/post graduate with Lean/Six Sigma exposure

- Certified Black belt would be preferred
