Gaussian Networks - Digital Marketing Role

You'd need to be Awesome at:

- Should have fair understanding or Experience in Customer Acquisition via various online channels viz. affiliates, SEM, Google ads, Media etc.

- Manage and execute new customer acquisition campaigns including performance and brand-led campaigns (both online and offline)

- Customer Retention & LTV maximization (Preferred)

- Understanding of customer loyalty programs

- Managing customer engagement campaigns based on lifecycle.

- Good understanding of data.

- Strong Understanding or Experience in Developing SEO, Social media strategy

- Should be able to articulate management thoughts and vision into Building a better brand.

Qualification:

- MBA or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

- 3 - 6 Years of successful operational experience at the highest levels of an organization.

- Excellent people skills, with an ability to influence and coach the team.

- Skill in planning, organizing, directing and coordinating

- Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries, complaints and negotiations.

Additional requirement:

- Candidate applying should have relevant experience in eCommerce / online / gaming / technology domain.
